I am Very sure you can adjust this in the IE or Firefox Option menu. I remember an option stating keep everything in the same Explorer Window..Try looking in the options Menu.

If you mean for visitors to your site, make sure the target in the <a href> is not _self.

ex: <a href = "poop.htm" target= _self </a>
