How can I change this "Auto Play" action to "Open" action <- Default (A Virus changed it ) ? PLEASE!!!

Wow, that isn't suppost to be there lol. I think that virus really screwed with your machine because Autoplay is a function for optical drives. Try using a registry cleaner like CCleaner.

go to open to open it which should work
and look for autorun.ini, open it [the file] were it points to a program, what program is it pointing to?
