So I downloaded the x64 version of the Media Creation Tool, installed on a USB.

Today my machine booted up with countless issues stopping me from using the OS. Anyway back to the issue at hand.

I used the Media Creation Tool on the USB to make a boot device, and installed windows with it.

It has installed a 32-bit version of windows instead of 64-bit.

Is there an ISO of the OS I can get or something to make an x64 USB boot device or something?

What's the best way to convert to x64?

I assume the Non-x64 Installer will also install x86 (I can't even run the x64 version on this OS)

I currently use Windows 10 Professional.

TLDR; Need x64 Windows 10, tried to use x64 Media creation tool but it installed x86, can't seem to find one.
