When you select anything in Chrome and right click it and use the "Search google for "XXX"" feature, it googles the selected text and moves you to the newly opened tab. Firefox does all that without moving you to the new tab opened. Does anyone know how to do that? Get it to google the text without moving you to the new tab? I haven't found anyway to change that and haven't been lucky searching for a solution. Basically, this and the memory issues have been my only problem with chrome, so I'd be very grateful if someone knows a work around for this. Thanks.
I was kinda disappointed by this thread. I expected Firefox/Chrome to have a special search feature for pr0n
Ohwell..
Only thing I know is to enable "Go to newly opened tab" or something similar in the options menu. But that´ll enable it for right click -> Open in new tab swell.
I don't know about Chrome but in Firefox, you have a checkbox in the Options dialogue box., which if you check, sets itself to switch to a newly opened tab immediately. If you uncheck it, the new tab opens in the background.
But yeah, exactly that. When I open anything else in a new tab, it opens that in the background. But with "Search google for..." it opens the new tab in the foreground. Is there anyway, or any extension, that would make it open in the background instead?

There should be something similar in Chrome.
