I ended up with a random drive configuration.
I have:
-Kingston SSD Now V300 120gb
-Kingston HyperX 3k 120gb
-Segate Barracuda 1tb 7200 brand new
-Samsung spinpoint 1tb 7200, been using for a year now.

How should I configure these? i7-4770k, Asus z87 Sabertooth.

SSD Raid 0, HDD spanned drive equaling 2tb?

or

Sell the V300 ssd for? and sell the NIB Seagate?

If it were me I'd RAID0 and span - just like you're thinking about.

Nothing critical on the RAID0 array, but performance benchmarks will be pretty sweet

don't raid 0, that samsung is slow compared to the seagate.

Just leave them as separate drives.

Do this imo:

OS - Kingston HyperX 3k 120gb
Main Storage - Segate Barracuda 1tb 7200
Backup (or if you already have backup, sell) - Samsung spinpoint 1tb 7200
Sell - Kingston SSD Now V300 120gb
