Anytime I look this up there are so many conflicting arguments, some say Shin-Etsu, some say Gelid Extreme, some say MX-4, and other say Indigo Xtreme. What is currently the best non conductive thermal paste I could buy as of today?
That chart doesn't help the OP much since it lists both conductive and non-conductive TIMs together. I personally like Arctic's MX4 since it's pretty much goof-proof; it doesn't even require a burn-in period. The difference between it and the best non-liquid metal ones on that chart is barely more than 1°C.
I just buy the GC Extreme in bulk, saves a bit of money in the long run and now I've got thermal paste forever.
