Is this overclock ok?

I am currently running 4 instances of prime 95 to test my 3.2GHz (9*356) overclock. My temps are ~30c idle and ~50c load.

I set the vcore in bios to 1.4v... Is this voltage ok to run 24/7?

Also, my fsb is 356 and my DRAM frequency is at the same with a divider of 2 to get a 1:1 ratio. My ram is g.skill DDR2-1000. What do you guys suggest setting/running this at? I am clueless towards the proper ram settings. My ram voltage is at 2.05 if that is any help.

Lemme know what you guys suggest. Thanks

I thought running your ram faster is not useful? What divider do you suggest going with?

Try a FSB of 458 with a multiplier of 7, keeping the 1:1 ratio.

I was trying to keep his memory as close to 1000 as i could
