You need to uninstall the catalyst suite while the ati card is installed.
I uninstalled CCC and ran Driver Sweeper, since i don't have the card I don't know what else I can do, unless I reformat. Also, is this a good fan profile?
Thanks John. Why am I doing it wrong? I have a new problem though, the startup screens for Windows don't fit my Monitor, until I get to my desktop. I have the DVI cord plugged into the card. Also, can I use my existing PCI slots?
Really helpful feedback, guy. I'm sure most people want to go rooting around in their registry removing obsolete values instead of doing it wrong and running a simple utility.

What kind of sticker is it? If its a manufacturer sticker with the Serial Number on it, I would advise not taking it off. Actually that goes for all stickers that have any writing on it and do not explicitly tell you to remove.
Ok but putting it 1c=1% fan doesn't decrease the life of the card or the fan does it?
