Well, I have Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3 1333MHz, but no matter where I check, it shows that my ram frequency is around 670MHz.

Is this ok, or 1333MHz is not the frequency? I know basically nothing about memory. So should I do something to get the full speed, or.. I just don't know what to even do or ask. Would be awesome if you could tell me if its normal.

No, it's correct
667Mhz x2 = DDR 1333 (MT/s)
DDR standing for "dual data rate", transmitting of data on both rising and falling edges of clock
