It depends. I wouldn't say stress testing is useless but I would say we have to perform a mix of both. Some 24-hour IBT stable PCs crash when a few tabs of Youtube are opened.
Rosewill RK-9000 is a solid keyboard at a great price. Sadly doesn't have LEDs.

Sleeve bearing fans. Horrible to be used horizontally. Get a ball/hydraulic bearing fan for horizontal mounting. Rosewill's RFX series comes to mind. Cheap and good.
