just ran the benchies, got a reasonable pifast time but a dreadfull maxmem, whats the best OS for it? x32 or 64? i was using xp 32.

yeha, you deff want a withdrawal device, or at the very least tipping trolleys.

i recommend fluke and comark, both very reputable brands.

youll be fine using any type of thermos flask. the nitrogen should stand for a good while depending on the dewars your using, pressurised last a lot longer than unpressurised.
