It's not continuous at 350W, lacks Active PFC, shoddy quality, and mostly.. overpriced. I wouldn't take that thing for free (maybe to use the wiring but that's it). Another good option is the Corsair CX430 - $20 after MIR!

What is your ambient temperature? And what are you using in Windows to monitor your core temps?
