First check the spots labelled by Cl3P using your DMM for the voltages. The core is probably running around 1.2v (I'm estimating from memory here) and the mem probably around 1.8v (again from memory). Once you have the spots confirmed...
Did some more checking and perhaps your card is alot like the 8600 GT. Maybe check out this article. Looks like 20K pots might do the trick, but thats just my guess and maybe someone else can confirm.
I think the 'mod' that Mike was talking about, if that is the one your referring to, is that many of the P45 (the UD3P, for example) severely limit the Vcore in the BIOS for P4 and Celeron chips. They get limited to 1.4v for some reason...
The Vcore and the Vmem are likely both controlled by the chips labelled 6549CBZ. Looking at the datasheet it looks like a variable pot on Pin 4 to ground will change the voltage. You can likely check the voltage on the legs of the caps...
Well, for what its worth, I'll jump in and third what the two guys above me have said. I've had plenty of chipsets and platforms subzero and I still comeback to my favourite being 775. As stated, the processors are cheap as hell to get...
If you want to keep it nice and clean, use eraser or dragonskin. Both peel off easy. Eraser is much harder to install (?!?) on the board then dragonskin which is incredibly easy. Dragonskin peels off easy as long as you take some...
