Neither it say that's so so. My 7950s shipped with a factory overclock of 1000mhz and I can do 1125 without raising the voltage (I cant raise the voltage on my card)

Question about vcore, in the OP it says "MOST IMPORTANTLY Vcore has be reduced to 1.4v as VAbsolute" but then in the chart below it says max Vcore is 1.4.-1.45 on air What is the max safe vcore for 24/7 assuming I can keep the temps...

Happy to report idle temps have finally started dropping, idling now at 38-40c and I actually have it at 4.4 currently
