G41 is the absolute worst 775 overclocking chipset, ever. Honestly it's completely worthless. Q8400 one of the worst overclocking 775 C2Q CPUs, ever, and they ONLY way you'll get them overclocked well is on a Gigabyte EP45 UD3 series...

For that generation it's AMD all the way, no debate needed. They OC easier, run games better and make far less heat. All that said, I don't know what games you plan to run, but only really old games will run on those procs. Even TF2...
