So I've been getting artifacts and glitches only on the desktop when I have my SLI setup running, my display locks up after the glitching and it will go back to normal and give me a message saying the Nvidia Driver Kernel has stopped...

Alright, I forgot I had a recovery in my os under restart, and I just wiped all data. Thank's everyone for helping.

Okay It didn't work. All I can do is download a custom OS. And my USB doesn't work. It only charges.
