Yeah there is not much else i can do, I even tried the OS reinstall a few months back. I poked around online and im not the only one having this same exact issue.

Thanks for your help I did all of that and still, same thing. Even did it with each card individually and I had the same problem. Im done with AMD, going over to Nvidia

But I have tried, uninstalling, booting into safe mode, running driver sweeper and then installing the new drivers with the same bad result. Does the uninstall process you have up there work differently than what driver sweeper does?

Alright I will give it a shot, thanks GG. I don't think there is anything wrong with my cards, there would not be some hardware problem that magically appears only with new drivers.
