i have msi referance card also...i did a basic preset heaven 4 run FPS: 116.2 Score: 2928 Min FPS: 9.2 Max FPS: 224.8 with 314.22 driver im no expert so if i had the same problem i'd probably update mobo bios, do a clean windows install...
