It's actually not good for the fans to have 2 different speeds running on either side of the rad. It can cause 1 fan to speed up past its normal rate which causes it to wear out much faster. I wouldn't recommend it.

You won't see load temps over 60 for your cpu and over 55 for your gpu. Basically, tons better than air.
