Honestly I would stay away from EK's products. The XSPC raystorm is much cheaper, performs just as well, and is made by a quality company. EK has garnered a bad reputation here for shoddy business practices and being a generally lousy...
That is 100% fine. With a high ambient like yours, that is pretty much the best that can be done. Don't worry about it, the i5 760 can go waaaaaaaaay higher without you needing to worry.
Stick it on a cushion of foam. Suspend it from your res using tubing. The key thing is to simply erase any direct contact with your case which is what causes the vibration to resonate throughout. Any type of vibration damping material...
Actually, you just cut a hole in the bottom and make a bracket so the PSU stays in place. End result is a stealthy PSU and a build that looks amazing.
It's actually possible to fit a 480 in the bottom without moving the PSU to the hot swap bay position. You would need to do lots of modding, but you can turn the PSU on its side and put it side-by-side next to the 480 rad.

Well, I realize that you probably want to keep everything from the same company for looks. But it would be a LOT cheaper and more efficient (with a better overall loop) if you spread the parts out among companies. It would still look...
