Adding to this... 3 months later and I have lost the right enter key, and the plus key above it. Seems like it is gradually loosing keys. Very strange.

I have always felt they could have avoided this with a simple name change to Sim City Online. Then no one would have complained.

Well for an update I took it apart and inspected everything as well as blew out all the dust. No change. Also reseated the controller chip I did not see any corrosion or any burn marks or anything on the circuit board. Everything looked...
