Is it actually showing the temps of the Aquaero Electronics as getting to hot in the software?

Also check how you have start up boost set for each fan bank, mine runs 3 on each header no problems without overheating the fan amps (although it admittedly does have the extended hs). If your curve is set that the odd time its taking...

On a more serious note Windows 8 did fry my goldfish.....
