Running a blend test seems like ram to me.

So then why would overclocking at 3.0 429fsb puts the ram at 831 and it fails prime 95?

So my ram say PC6400 but part number says other wise in cpu-z. So is my ram actually 1066 or?

Power supply is bad, RMA it

Sounds like power supply issue with the shutting down. Also check your ram timings, my other rig had the same issue with random shutdowns and stuttering it was ram timing related.
