In terms of shape, I don't find the sensei's all that comfortable, mostly because it's ambidextrous, but also cuz it's relatively a shallow mouse. The gigabyte m8000x has been the most comfy mouse for me.

Nah, actually I always argue high DPI gaming is better for your joints (in theory?). You're not moving nearly as much. The only con is the learning curve, but you just gotta stick to it for a couple days.
