Hi, I've got a GTX 285 and an ATI 5770 doing nothing and was wondering if it's worth putting one of them in my rig. The GTX 285 is definitely faster but it's noisier and draws more power. Thanks for your help

Hi, I was just wondering if it's worth upgrading to the i7 2700 with a z68 m/b. Tbh everything is working very nicely with the old machine but the 2700 is on offer locally, what kind of speed increase i should expect.
It doesn't need a lot of power but at 2560x1600 I cannot max everything and maintain a 60fps+ which is what i want, even in built up area's
Thx for your help, I'll opt for the 5770, like I say my old 8800gtx ultra still plays it damned well so this card should murder it and i dont play anything else tbh. Cheers
