ugghh artifacts everywhere even at stock on 13.5 betas, and 24 fps with veryhigh settings and no aa.

No way your temps are 34C full load, even with custom water, also have you tried playing around with your pll voltage i upped mine and it helped with some stability crossing 4.6.
