Well, any of those 3 PSU's will be overkill for your rig. You could even get away with a 500w PSU. Still, the Silverstone is a good pick, but i would look for reviews on the be quiet. But i do agree that the modularity is a huge plus.

The Q6600 is one of the cheapest quads for the platform, if you plan to OC it then be sure to get a G0 stepping. As another option, any Q9xxx CPU will do the trick. If you do want to OC a quad, you'd better get a better motherboard...
