well this is weird. Put everything back together, booted up and went into bios, now my 3.3v rail is reading as 3.3v in bios vs 2.8 like before. Maybe unplugging power to all compponents fixed the problem? Is it possible my rear side...

Ok so i tested the psu with a dmm, and everything checks out. my only concern is that there was no load on the psu during testing.

I dont want to sound like a dumby, but when I test my psu with the multimeter it needs to be turned on right? Doing stuff like this makes me very nervous, one wrong move with a probe and i could fry something.
