Quick question regarding topic, hope you wont mind? 7990 + 7970 on RIVE would run @x16 speed when CF is enabled? Is this correct? I haven't seen many users running this configuration.

nz3777 I know CM is not like Corsair but it's not that shabby either. You certainly don't need 1kw psu for that. Good 600-800 unit wold do job just fine. On the other hand tx 750 is priced almost the same as your CM This Seasonic is...
You'll be fine with that psu. I used to run unlocked 6950 CF + i7 920 @4.5 on my corsair tx650. I say go for it.
