Ya most any router will allow configuration via a browser. You may have to be hardwired to it though if wireless access to admin functions is disabled. If its just the speed your worried about though..... you could always use the QoS...

you should use with caution on some steps. Like disabling page filing.. do not do that. Some apps do not like that. I followed it to a T once, and since then I have picked what I wanted out of it and still have the same user...
