I got it for $15 since I bought my gaming laptop last September. I tired it for a few days and re imaged my laptop back to 7 from my back up I made prior to installing Windows 8. I really liked most aspects, including the ribbon menus...

My Xoom WiFi will never see this update. I refuse to get it. I HATE a phone UI on a 10" tablet. I love the 10" current UI.

Only having 16GB as the max amount of memory on the phone is a major setback, and just plain stupid on Googles part. Also 4.2 will never see my Xoom, I'll be damned if I am forced away from the tablet UI. I didn't buy a tablet to use...
