I core CPUS have a integrated IMC if you plan to run it on stock clock you´re good with standard rams that are rated for the CPU, if you plan to over clock get the better rams wich leave headroom for higher clocks, simple as that i guess.

Guess you try to do it too agressive 7200 on qpi 2000mhz on 1600 ram the IMC will just go nuts and throw loads of errors i bet try lower QPI clock and lower RAM to 1600 try get cpu core clock stable 1st then you can try getting rams...
