i pulled every hair on my beautiful head today trying to figure this out as well. had to downlock my OC by an ammount i hated lol. for osme reasom making the fans in afterburner form 90% to just auto made this stop. its so werid i think...

always do your own OC and tests, lol thats why sofware is made in the first place. for extream beginners ^_~

i was told this was the best most unlockable 6950. since its discontinue can you help me find another one? im trying to future proof my system a bit more and i really want one of these unlocked for a budget of 210-250 $$
