Those aren't bad temps but definitely aren't great. I get those temps on a single 240mm with a CPU also in the loop. As far as blocks go, I'd recommend Koolance for nickle plated & Aqua Computer for copper. Good luck on your return.

If you want copper, go with AquaComputer. I have a 670 (Small PCB Referance) & its amazing. It also cools the VRM's with its 3D flow. Highly reccommend them.
