Well according to benchmarks on high resolutions 1920x1080+ there is no major bottlenecks.. but if any it is very marginal. But with the new 7000 series from AMD around the corner that may change. I would go with SB-E or SB as IVY bridge...

You are better off getting an I5 2500K than an X6 1100T I see no reason to buy AMD currently.
