I would definitly delid it. I had my 3770k at 4.6 1.296v and after 2.5hrs prime blend high core temp was 77. I delided, used liquid pro on the die, and IC Diamond on the ihs and dropped 17-19c. Just changed IC Diamond to running Liquid...
