You can safely go to +150mv on the core. Your temp must not go over 80°C if you want decent clocks! You should be aiming around 900-950MHz, depending on your card.

Figured out the mods myself =]
OCP, OVP, vCore with VID selection (1v, 1.1v, 1.45v, 1.55v [load voltage goes up to 1.64v]), added caps and stronger inductors!
I didn't notice a difference with AUX when I was clocking it. You're not rising anything with AUX.
