You can safely go to +150mv on the core. Your temp must not go over 80°C if you want decent clocks! You should be aiming around 900-950MHz, depending on your card. Good luck!

I didn't notice a difference with AUX when I was clocking it. You're not rising anything with AUX. @b0undyfr0: Maybe it's crashing due to the temps. I saw my card crash at 77°C but 76°C was completely stable =] Same when I was...
And the fanspeed? At those temps, fanspeed should be 50%
