Have a look at your device manager, as long as there's no yellow exclamation mark's you should be ok, but prefer to install the latest drivers from your mobos website...

OK, i got it working by running in compatibility mode = (Win 7). I should have tried this first.

I couldn't find any reason why (From Google) except maybe, GTA IV does not know a GTX 680 exists? has anyone else had this prob? & is there a way to fix it?
