SSD's read at the same speed where ever the files are located.

Problem is there is only 1 partition
Is there a way to 'uninstall' windows w/o performing a format on my harddrive as I am getting my replacement SSD tomorrow and I dont have a spare drive to move all of my files and perform a format.
I have a lianli PCP80 and I plan on changing the 3 intake 140mm fans as they been making a lot of noise after around 4years of 24/7 non stop operation and Im wondering which is the better choice..
Is the vertex 4 any better than the ForceGT?
