The holes are misaligned by about... oh, maybe 1 cm. I managed to wiggle out a backplate off...
Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to say for sure without seeing the actual CPU configuration page...

Most people on here will tell you it depends on the batch. As in, which chip you got and what part of the wafer it was from.
I am not sure what the normal limit of the 1090t is, but my suggestion would be to record your maximum temps...
