Nice! That is a great temperature difference! Pretty incredible if you ask me... the NHD14 is an amazing cooler from what I've heard. So your chip unlocks a core AND the L3? Luckyyyy... it doesn't look like you have any overclocking...

Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to say for sure without seeing the actual CPU configuration page... Maybe someone who has used the AMI 2.58 BIOS will be able to tell you more.

Most people on here will tell you it depends on the batch. As in, which chip you got and what part of the wafer it was from. I am not sure what the normal limit of the 1090t is, but my suggestion would be to record your maximum temps...
