You're going to have min frame issues with that CPU. I blew up my 2500k a while back and switched in a 955 BE OC'd to 3.7 and really didn't like playing with how drastic the frame rate changes were, I might be more sensitive to them than...

I would honestly pay a little more for 2x4gb RAM so you have dual channel, unless you plan on going to 16 soon.

If your primary game is WoW, I would personally buy a GTX680. Nvidia seems to run better on WoW. I'm not bashing AMD, I play WoW as well on AMD cards, it just seems the experience is better on Nvidia.
