Check out my ROG-BOX in my sig. Don't use car rads, they are made from alu and it will give you nightmares. Get a more powerful pump (RD-20 or RD-30 or RD30x) and run it on 24vdc, you'll get all the head you need to push the water up...

If you're budget concious, then stick with one loop. It'll save you a lot and will perform just as good as a dual loop.
