A switch owner may want to chime in an say where they found them when they got there case? But try it outside of the case on top of the mobo box it should fire right up.

When you were putting the build together I assume you put the standoffs in the case for the mobo. None are trapped under the mobo are they?
I'm not knocking on Mayhem's Dyes as I would buy them myself based on his reputation alone, but if you spill dye it stains. If you design your loop right with a good clean drain spot you should be OK with a dye and clear tubing....
