It won't be hard to find waterblocks and backplates for the 7970 and 680/670 as most of the major waterblock manufacturers already have blocks for these cards. Just to clarify, $300-400 doesn't include the waterblocks?

You can always mount a 360 rad on the bottom and get another 120 rad for the top fan mount But if you get a thicker rad, like an RX, then you might be able to get away with just having a 360
