I paid $129.99 for my asrock p67 b3 board 14 months ago and has been running fine ever since. Simple BIOS and easy to overclock my 2500k to 4.5ghz. The only complain I have with this board is sometimes my usb keyboard and mouse will...
I can scale all the way to 1200mhz core @ 1.25v with mine with +20% power limit. But then the problem I have is the performance I get with 1200/5800 is much lower than my current 1050 @ stock 1.138v +5% power limit setting. As long as...

The A6 will be faster since it is a quad core in newer multiple threaded applications. For these A6 CPU, you can also overclock them with the software below. K10stat http://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1160289
At case fan max speed and cpu fan max speed, my prime95 cpu temperature dropped by 3c but then my computer become kinda noisy. So the choice become obvious to me that I should just keep my fan speed at minimum and not worry about the...

Now this makes me want to push my chip further too, got my new cooler master hyper 212 evo 2 days ago and temperature are hovering around lower 60s 4.5ghz 1.328v with prime95 loaded and fan only spinning at 1264RPM (max is 1900).
How about just set your vcore to 1.52v and see how far you can go?
I just got my cooler master hyper 212 evo today in the mail, applied a vertical line on my i5 2500k and then tighten down the cooler to lead the arctic silver 5 spread. The prime95 blend temperature I am getting right now is about 60c...
Given that you already have a hyper 212+ cooler, I don't see any reason why you can't hit 4.5ghz with it. Even my 6 year old thermaltake cl-p0024 + vantec stealth 92mm fan can keep my 2500k 1.328v 4.5ghz under 75c load with prime95.
