Thats really odd, i would try tweaking your volts to stock or a little higher maybe but tbh, my gut is telling me it's your board, i would get it sent back to the store you bought it from.

Yes to everything you said, and i put the sticks in DIMM 1&2 and its just passed memtest and test number 5.... Crap, lesson learned! The manual states that in order to use 2 Sticks in dual channel they need to be placed into DIMM 1&2....
