The 760GC does not have a port where you can plug a fan. Any fan that you use goes to either the motherboard or PSU.

I haven't gone quad yet but I imagine that it can be done provided that you have a good amount of air blowing through those video cards. But even if it can be done, it will be damn noisy for sure.
