IBT stopped itself after a 10 passes and Prime 95 just crashed after a couple of minutes. Looks like i need to increase my CPU voltage again?

I've just got my i7 2600k running at 4.5GHz @ 1.32v. While overclocking I've been using 10 runs of Intel Burn Test for stress testing. Is this enough to be considered stable or do i need to run the prime 95 tests too?
