If there is no chipset for Ivy-E on 2011 hopefully the big motherboard manufacturers still do a x79 refresh to incorporate some of the updated component features that are on their Z87 lineup. I would definitely like to see an x79...

Lame tired old cable companies; after reading everything it might be possible for changes to happen. Pretty much only huge companies like Intel and Google could possibly make a change like this happen eventually in some form.
