suggest you get some assistance over at gigabyte's forum then, we pretty much told you every possible way there is to flash a bios on a Gigabyte's board, not sure what else to tell you.
Is the board in your signature correct? Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Are you using Q-Flash? try my method posted a few post back with the USB thumb drive.
